The Great Amazon River Raft Race to support Los Gorriones
 
The Great Amazon River Raft Race of 2010 is a three day, 112-mile race taking place this September in Peru.  Four-person teams from all over the world will be coming together to build their own rafts out of logs and race to the finish line in Iquitos!  Two of the teams, (consisting of Amanda Paniagua, Joani McCullough, Chelsea McCullough, Kelly McCullough, Laura Imperial, Tracy Price, Ohmarx Paniagua and Koki Solier) have chosen to complete this event in honor of the special children of Casa Hogar Los Gorriones.  The goal is to raise funds for Casa Hogar Los Gorriones by the start day of the race, September 24, 2010.  Please consider making a donation to the cause!
